Chelsea to organise collection for Jose Mourinho's fine?

Chelsea are preparing to ask fans to contribute towards paying off Jose Mourinho's fine by the Football Association.

Chelsea are reportedly preparing to organise a collection to pay off Jose Mourinho's £8,000 fine for improper conduct.

The Portuguese coach was given the sanction by the Football Association for his reaction to Ramires's red card in his side's 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa last month.

However, Mourinho is said to be ready to appeal the decision, and the supporters of the club are being asked to try to raise the money themselves to pay it off.

According to The Mirror, the Blues' fans will be asked to donate towards the sum on the official trains to Swansea ahead of their visit to the Liberty Stadium on Sunday, as well as the home game to Sunderland next weekend.

The Blues are currently second in the Premier League.
