Former England international Michael Owen hails Jose Mourinho's reunion with Chelsea.

Michael Owen has expressed his delight upon learning that Jose Mourinho has returned to manage Chelsea.

The Blues confirmed this afternoon that the 50-year-old has agreed to take charge at Stamford Bridge for a second time on a four-year contract.

"Great to have confirmation that the Special One returns to the Premier League. What a season we have in store," the retired Owen wrote on Twitter.

Mourinho's first stint in charge of Chelsea, which came to an end in 2007, saw him win seven trophies in three years.
