Mauricio Pochettino not thinking about Tottenham Hotspur record at Chelsea

Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino insists that he is not concerned by the team's poor record against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham Hotspur coach Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that he does not care about the team's dismal record away to Chelsea.

Spurs make the trip to West London on Wednesday night having failed to beat the Blues at Stamford Bridge since 1990.

However, following Sunday's win over Everton, Pochettino has urged his players to only think about the present when they meet the Premier League leaders.

"This record will not affect us; I'm not reading anything into it," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "For us it's important to go with the same mentality that we showed against Everton and forget the past – we don't let the past affect our present."

Tottenham are currently in seventh place in the table, 13 points behind Chelsea.
