Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas must learn to deal with criticism, according to Harry Redknapp.
The Blues boss recently slammed Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville for his comments concerning the club and the performances of defender David Luiz.
However, speaking ahead of their showdown at White Hart Lane, Redknapp insisted that dealing with criticism is part of being a manager.
"Gary Neville gets paid to have an opinion, doesn't he?" said Redknapp. "He's on there, talking about football. That is what pundits are paid to do.
"They come on TV and if they did not have an opinion they would be no good being on there. They have to say what they think.
"You've got to take it all or not at all. You can't just take the stuff when they say how good you are and what a wonderful coach you are. You just have to get on with it."
Tottenham will look to move five points ahead of Chelsea with a win at home this evening.
