New Tottenham Hotspur boss Andre Villas-Boas has praised the team spirit at the club, describing it as "fantastic".
The former Chelsea coach succeeded Harry Redknapp earlier this month, having been sacked by Roman Abramovich in March.
There were reports of the Portuguese manager alienating some players at Chelsea, leading to his departure. However, the 34-year-old has compared his Spurs squad to that at Stamford Bridge, pointing out the differences between the two.
"They are a great group who are enjoying what they are doing," said the former Porto manager.
"I think the warmth of the group is excellent to see, and you know two different groups react differently.
"And we've seen that the spirit within this group has been fantastic - it's different from what I had in the last year."
Villas-Boas signed a three-year deal with Spurs on July 3.
