Manchester United legend Gary Neville has insisted that Chelsea have a better chance of challenging for the Premier League title than Tottenham Hotspur.
The sides played out a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge last month and have each been in fine form in the opening 11 games of the season.
Spurs sit at the top of the division following Sunday's 2-0 win over Arsenal, taking back control of the summit after Chelsea temporarily climbed into first place on Saturday.
Despite Jose Mourinho's men holding a two-point advantage on Frank Lampard's side, however, Neville feels that the latter are better placed to seriously rival champions Liverpool.
"Chelsea are impressing me, they have a real chance," he said on The Gary Neville Podcast.
"I think Chelsea have more of a chance [than Tottenham for the title]. They have [N'Golo] Kante, they have Thiago Silva, players that could navigate them to it.
"There's a winning culture, [Roman] Abramovic wins trophies. They have good players and players that can do the ugly side of the game. They're a real threat."
Chelsea travel to Everton on their return to league action next weekend, while Spurs are away to Crystal Palace on Sunday.
