Bayern Munich are reportedly ready to join the race to sign Chelsea winger Willian on a free transfer in the summer.

Chelsea winger Willian has allegedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Bayern Munich.

With less than four months remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge, the Brazil international is in line to depart the Blues on a free transfer in the summer.

Although the playmaker reportedly prefers to stay in West London, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with an approach for the 31-year-old.

According to The Telegraph, Bayern are prepared to join the race for Willian as they look to strengthen in the final third.

With Philippe Coutinho expected to return to Camp Nou after his loan spell, his compatriot is seemingly regarded as a like-for-like replacement.

Willian has contributed six goals and six assists in the Premier League and Champions League this season.
