Chelsea have had a £32m offer for Sao Paolo's Lucas Moura rejected, according to the club's president.
The 19-year-old is also a target for Real Madrid and Inter Milan due to some exciting displays for the Brazilian outfit. Despite having a bid turned down, Sao Paolo president Juvenal Juvencio says that Chelsea are still favourites to land the attacking midfielder.
"At the moment it is Chelsea that are the closest team to Lucas," said Juvencio. "Inter made an offer of £20.2m, but this was not considered sufficient by us.
"Real Madrid is one of these [interested clubs] - there have been contacts with the president Florentino Perez, who admires the player.
"Lucas is a big player who will triumph in Europe, but Sao Paolo will only sell him for an enormous offer."
Chelsea are looking to strengthen their side after winning the Champions League.
