Chelsea will reportedly sign Inter Milan midfielder Matias Vecino for £23m this summer.
The 28-year-old, who was linked with both Everton and Manchester United during the January transfer window, has made 20 appearances for Antonio Conte's side this season.
A recent report claimed that the Blues were interested in a deal for the Uruguay international, who could be available for €25m (£21m) during this summer's transfer window.
However, according to The Express, Frank Lampard's side have been informed that the asking price is £23m, and the capital giants are prepared to meet Inter's valuation to complete a deal.
Vecino has allegedly been told that he does not feature in the plans of Conte at San Siro.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have seemingly been placed on red alert by recent comments made by Bayern Munich's David Alaba regarding a potential move to the Premier League.
