Chelsea have reportedly decided that they will not prevent Eden Hazard from leaving the club this summer.
Hazard has just over a year remaining on his contract, but a two-window transfer ban has left Chelsea to contemplate their position regarding the Belgian's future.
However, according to AS, Chelsea will look to sell Hazard before the start of next season rather than risk losing the player on a free transfer in 2020.
Chelsea will appeal the suspension handed to them by FIFA, but it has been suggested that the 28-year-old will be allowed to leave the West Londoners regardless of the outcome.
Real Madrid have been heavily linked with Hazard for a number of months, and Chelsea allegedly value their star man at £98.5m.
