Fernando Llorente pictured in Tottenham Hotspur shirt ahead of proposed move

Swansea City striker Fernando Llorente appears to be on the verge of joining Tottenham Hotspur as a picture emerges of him sporting a Spurs home top.

Fernando Llorente has been pictured wearing a Tottenham Hotspur shirt ahead of his proposed switch from Swansea City.

The Spanish World Cup winner arrived in North London to undergo a medical with the Lilywhites on Thursday afternoon, having reportedly rejected an approach from Chelsea.

Spurs have yet to give confirmation of the deal being finalised, but brother and agent Chus Llorente has uploaded a picture to Facebook that suggests the transfer is as good as complete.

The arrival of Llorente, who scored 15 goals for Swansea last season, could spell the end of Vincent Janssen's time at Tottenham if a late bid is tabled.
