Paris Saint-Germain prepare an £87m bid for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, according to a report.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly preparing an £87m bid for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

The 25-year-old has been in impressive form for his Italian club during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring five times and registering seven assists in 31 appearances in all competitions.

Chelsea are allegedly considering a move for the Serbia international when this summer's transfer window opens for business.

However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Blues are likely to have to compete with the French champions when it comes to the midfielder.

The report claims that Thomas Tuchel's side are ready to pay as much as £87m to bring the Serbian to the French capital ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

Milinkovic-Savic has a contract at Stadio Olimpico until the summer of 2024.
