AC Milan have apparently agreed terms with both Chelsea and Fernando Torres ahead of the transfer of the striker.
The Italian giants have been in talks over a move for Torres since selling Mario Balotelli to Liverpool.
They initially wanted to bring him in on loan, but Chelsea insisted that they would only consider parting with the Spaniard on a permanent basis.
It was suggested that would be a stumbling block for Milan because of his wage demands, but Sky Sports News claims that Torres has agreed a switch to Serie A and will undergo a medical on Saturday morning.
Torres has scored 20 Premier League goals for Chelsea in 110 appearances since costing them a then-British-record £50m from Liverpool in 2011.
