Chelsea are reportedly planning to loan midfielder Kevin de Bruyne to Southampton.
The 20-year-old signed for the Blues in a £6.7m deal from Genk in January before immediately returning to his former club on loan to complete their Pro League campaign.
De Bruyne is expected to be loaned out again next season and had been linked with a move to French side Lille.
However, Chelsea believe that the player's development would be better aided by Premier League experience and De Bruyne will spend next season at St Mary's Stadium, according to The Sun.
De Bruyne has been capped twice by Belgium.
