Coventry City have terminated the contract of goalkeeper Chris Dunn by mutual consent.
The 25-year-old signed a three-year deal when he joined the Sky Blues from Northampton Town in June 2011.
However, the back-up stopper, who made six first-team appearances last season, has now been released as the club aim to reduce their wage bill.
Cash-strapped Coventry are operating under a "rolling embargo". This means that they can replace a player who leaves the club with another on lower wages.
