Giuseppe Rossi: 'Fans will help against Juventus'

Giuseppe Rossi hopes that the Fiorentina fans play their part against Juventus on Sunday.

Fiorentina striker Giuseppe Rossi has called on the club's fans to create a tough atmosphere for the Juventus players in Sunday's clash between the two sides.

Rossi said that on the pitch he and his teammates are expecting a difficult time, but that they were hoping to dent Juventus's hopes of another Serie A title.

"It'a great challenge against the best team in Italy, the defending champions," Rossi told Sky Sport Italia.

"It will not be easy, it will hopefully be a pit [of noise] at the [Stadio Artemio] Franchi, and we are happy for that. Are Juventus among the top four in Europe? We'll see when we play next Sunday."

Viola are currently sixth in the league, while Juve are third.
