Palmeiras president Arnaldo Tirone has admitted that he is interested in bringing former AC Milan and Barcelona forward Ronaldinho to the club.
The Brazil international, who walked out on former team Flamengo earlier this week amid reports of unpaid wages, is now a free agent and able to sign elsewhere. However, Tirone admits that signing the superstar might be difficult.
"Ronaldinho is a star," he told Radio Transamerica. "But our financial reality is difficult.
"We will have to wait and see what happens."
Palmeiras and former club Gremio were among the trio of Brazilian teams that tried to sign the former Paris Saint-Germain star when he left AC Milan in 2011.
