Celtic manager Ronny Deila has insisted that Tom Rogic will not leave the club this month.
The Australian midfielder has recently been linked with a switch to Championship side Leeds United, who were said to have set aside £1m to secure his services.
However, Deila has revealed that the 23-year-old will instead be offered a new contract at Parkhead.
"I haven't heard so much about [the Leeds speculation] but what I do know is that we want to re-sign Tom and have him here for the future," Deila told reporters.
"He's made a lot of progress and we see a lot of potential in him. He can do much better because he has only played for six months after being out for a year before that. He needs time so he's going to stay here with Celtic."
Rogic's current deal with Celtic is due to expire in the summer of 2017.
