Fabio Liverani "worried" by Leyton Orient form

Fabio Liverani admits that he is worried by Leyton Orient's form after a 6-1 loss against MK Dons sees them drop into the League One relegation zone.

Fabio Liverani has admitted that he is worried by Leyton Orient's form following their 6-1 League One loss to MK Dons this afternoon.

The result sees the Os drop into the relegation zone, but a victory over seventh-placed Rochdale on Tuesday would see them rise to 19th in the table.

"I'd say that psychologically this defeat is more worrying that any other result in the season, but there's points still to play for and it's in our hands to change the outcome," Liverani told Sky Sports News.

"Unfortunately it's been two or three games now that we've been having to say these excuses, so I want to apologise to the supporters. We just need to restart and plan ahead for the rest of the season."

Leyton Orient reached the League One playoff final last season, but have struggled in front of their own fans this season, picking up just 20 points in 22 matches at Brisbane Road.
