Barcelona president Joan Laporta has reportedly put together a six-man summer shortlist as the Catalan giants prepare to add to their squad ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
The Catalan giants are struggling to deal with the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak but could still enjoy a successful end to the season on the field, having the chance to win the Copa del Rey next month, while they are also in the race for the La Liga title, sitting just four points off the summit.
According to AS, Laporta is already thinking about possible incomings and has put together a shortlist of potential arrivals in the coming months.
The report claims that there are six names on the table, with five of those currently available on free transfers in the shape of Manchester City's Sergio Aguero and Eric Garcia, Lyon's Memphis Depay, Liverpool's Georginio Wijnaldum and Bayern Munich's David Alaba.
Borussia Dortmund's Erling Braut Haaland is also allegedly a target, but the Norway international's release clause cannot be activated until next summer and therefore BVB could demand in excess of £100m for his services during the upcoming market.
Barca are also believed to be making progress on a potential new contract for Lionel Messi.
