Fabio Borini is enjoying life at Liverpool and will not be leaving for Lazio this summer, the player's agent has insisted.
The Italian striker's first season with the Reds, whom he joined in a £10.5m switch from Roma, was heavily disrupted by foot and shoulder injuries, as he netted just two goals in 20 appearances.
Lazio are reportedly keen on offering the 22-year-old a chance to return to Serie A, but his representative, Marco De Marchi, says that there has been no approach from the Italian club.
Tuttomercatoweb quotes De Marchi as saying: "Interest from Lazio? Absolutely not, no one has contacted me and I don't like to talk about hypothetical scenarios.
"Fabio has signed a four-year deal with Liverpool just the last year and he's doing great in England."
With Spanish forward Iago Aspas having already arrived at Anfield this summer and manager Brendan Rodgers apparently keen on Valencia marksman Roberto Soldado, it has been suggested that Borini's first-team chances on Merseyside would be limited next season.
