Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has denied that he wants to bring Philippe Coutinho back to Anfield.
Coutinho left Liverpool for Barcelona in last January's transfer window, and the Brazil international has scored 16 times and contributed 11 assists in 48 appearances for the Spanish champions.
The 26-year-old's future at Camp Nou has recently been called into question, though, amid suggestions that Liverpool want to re-sign him.
Klopp, however, has insisted that "there is no story", with Coutinho "fine" at Barcelona.
"That is something I don't want to talk about. I would not say it is a potential transfer or a likely one," Klopp told reporters. "Nothing to say. Whatever I say would open more stories and there is no story.
"Phil is at Barcelona and as I know he fits really well and everything is fine."
Manchester United have also been credited with an interest in Coutinho, who has struggled to win a regular starting position at Barcelona in recent months.
