Divock Origi rules out January Liverpool return

Divock Origi says that he is committed to Lille until the end of season and will not return to Liverpool in the January transfer window.

Divock Origi has denied that he wants to leave Lille and return to parent club Liverpool in January.

The 19-year-old is on a season-long loan at the French club, but reports earlier this week claimed that he wants to cut the deal short.

However, he has since revealed that he will be staying at Lille until the completion of his loan.

"I just wanted to clarify after today's press reports that I will continue to give my all and 100% for Lille over the coming months and I am very much looking forward to joining Liverpool from next season," he wrote on his official Twitter account.

Origi has scored four goals for Lille this season.
