Samir Nasri: 'Only Cristiano Ronaldo better than unstoppable Sergio Aguero'

Samir Nasri claims that Manchester City teammate Sergio Aguero is as good as or better than every other player on the planet - apart from Cristiano Ronaldo.

Samir Nasri has claimed that only Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo can consider himself a better player than Manchester City teammate Sergio Aguero.

Aguero scored a hat-trick against Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday to keep alive the Citizens' hopes of reaching the last 16.

Consequently, the Frenchman feels that his Argentine counterpart is on a par with Lionel Messi and says that Ronaldo is the only player better than him.

"I don't think I need to speak about his performance — the statistics speak for themselves," Nasri told reporters.

"He is a great player on his day. He is unstoppable. Last night we needed him and he delivered.

"At the moment he is one of best players in the world. Apart from Cristiano Ronaldo, who is on another planet, he is up there with Messi and [Luis] Suarez."

Aguero has scored 17 times in all competitions for the Sky Blues this season.
