Manchester City midfielder Javi Garcia is reportedly on the verge of joining Zenit St Petersburg.
The 28-year-old joined the club from Benfica two years ago, but he has struggled to hold down a regular starting place.
He was already behind Yaya Toure and Fernandinho in the pecking order, but the arrival of Fernando this summer has hampered his chances even further.
According to The Guardian, Zenit have had their offer of £12m plus a further £800,000 in add-ons for Garcia accepted by City and they are hopeful of announcing his transfer on Thursday.
Garcia has made two appearances for the Spanish national side.
