Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a huge bid for Manchester City's Joao Cancelo.
The Champions League holders have set their sights on the Portugal international due to concerns over the fitness of 30-year-old Dani Carvajal.
Spanish outlet AS report that the 28-year-old is now a 'priority' for Los Blancos president Florentino Perez. The Premier League champions would not consider anything less than €70m (£60m), according to the report.
However, the former Juventus man recently signed a new contract with the Citizens that runs until 2027 and revealed a desire to stay in Manchester as long as possible.
"I hope to stay many more years, because here is where I feel good," he told the club magazine.
After a shaky start to life at the club, Cancelo has become one of Pep Guardiola's key players, excelling on both sides of defence and also in an inverted full-back role.
