Eric Bailly has reportedly identified Manchester United's fixture with Tottenham Hotspur for a potential return from injury.
Last month, Bailly sustained a knee injury during the 4-0 defeat to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and it was initially expected that he could be absent until Christmas.
However, according to The Independent, it is claimed that the 22-year-old is hopeful of returning to action in time for the important clash with Spurs on December 11.
Bailly was considered a surprise signing when he moved to Old Trafford in the summer but he has established himself as the club's first-choice centre-back in his short time at the club.
Before his injury setback, Bailly had made 13 appearances in all competitions.
