New Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof has talked up the managerial qualities of Jose Mourinho and believes that he will "develop a lot" during his time at the club.
Lindelof became United's first signing of the summer when he completed his £30.75m switch from Benfica and he has already featured in all three of the club's pre-season matches so far.
The Swede says that he is settling in nicely and insists that the club's target for the upcoming campaign is to simply win as many matches as possible.
"There was a lot of talk and in the end I am here - and I am very happy to be here. It has been good. All the lads in the team are helping a lot, so I am settling in quite good," he told PA.
"It's just been a week since we started training and played some games. It has been alright - I'm getting into it better and better every day.
"[Mourinho] is a very good manager. I like him a lot. He helped the players a lot when you speak to them, so I think I am going to develop a lot under him."
Lindelof's competitive debut for United could come when they take on Real Madrid in the European Super Cup next month.
