Manchester United manager David Moyes has confirmed that striker Wayne Rooney is fit to face his former club Everton on Sunday.
Moyes will face the Merseyside outfit for the first time since leaving Goodison Park for Old Trafford last summer.
Rooney was a doubt for the clash due to a toe injury but has been declared fit, while midfielder Marouane Fellaini is expected to also feature following a calf problem.
"Rooney trained great this week and has been in really good form," Moyes told reporters. "We're getting him hopefully back as he wasn't quite right with his toe at times. He's trained great though.
"Felli didn't play against Bayern, but we expect him back fit because he has trained all week."
United are currently nine points behind Everton in the Premier League table.
