Marouane Fellaini tells Roberto Martinez he wants to leave Everton?

Everton's midfielder Marouane Fellaini has reportedly told manager Roberto Martinez that he wants to leave the club following interest from Manchester United.

Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini has reportedly told manager Roberto Martinez that he wants to leave the club.

The Belgium international and teammate Leighton Baines have been a target for former boss David Moyes at Manchester United.

United recently offered around £28m for the pair, which was greeted by dismay from many connected with the Blues, but Fellaini has now told Martinez that he wants to move to the champions, according to the Daily Mail.

The 25-year-old has not handed in a transfer request but indicated that he would like to make the switch to Old Trafford.

Everton broke their transfer record to land Fellaini when he signed for around £15m in 2008 and want to keep the former Standard Liege man at Goodison Park.
