Manchester United are reportedly set to begin discussions with Luke Shaw over a new contract at Old Trafford.
The former Southampton man was a star performer under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last term and also enjoyed a hugely successful Euro 2020 tournament with England.
Shaw set up three England goals en route to the final and opened the scoring against Italy in front of the Wembley crowd, although the Three Lions ultimately suffered penalty-shootout heartbreak.
The left-back's current deal at Old Trafford runs until 2023 with the option of another year, but according to the Daily Mail, Red Devils chiefs are keen to tie him down for longer.
Shaw scored one goal and assisted five more for Solskjaer's side in the Premier League last season, and he has already won one Europa League and EFL Cup with the Red Devils.
The 26-year-old has been enjoying an extended break following England's Euro 2020 exploits but is expected to report back for Man United training next week.
