The 24-year-old has enjoyed a successful period at the King Power Stadium, scoring the winning goal in the final as the Foxes won the 2021 FA Cup.
However, with Leicester having twice narrowly missed out on Champions League football, the Belgium international is yet to extend his contract past 2023.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid and Barcelona are monitoring the situation ahead of a potential bid for the playmaker.
The Spanish giants would join Manchester United and Liverpool in holding an interest in Tielemans's signature ahead of next year's summer window.
Aware that they may face a situation where they will have to sell one of their key men for a cut-price fee, Leicester will likely spend the coming months attempting to negotiate fresh terms.
