Manchester United and Manchester City are reportedly better placed than Chelsea to sign West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice.
The 23-year-old has again been in impressive form for the Hammers during the 2021-22 campaign, contributing three goals and four assists in 27 appearances in all competitions.
Chelsea are believed to be keen to re-sign their former youth-team player this summer, with West Ham thought to value the England international in excess of £100m.
However, according to The Telegraph, Man United and Man City are currently better placed than the Blues to sign the midfielder during this summer's transfer window.
Rice still has two-and-a-half years left to run on his contract at the London Stadium with the option of an additional year, so David Moyes's side are in a strong position when it comes to any potential negotiations.
The midfielder has scored eight goals and registered nine assists in 172 appearances for West Ham since making his debut for the capital club in 2017.
