Manchester United will reportedly have to sell players to fund any move for Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish this summer.
The 24-year-old is widely expected to leave his boyhood club at the end of the current campaign, having impressed with nine goals and eight assists despite Villa's struggles against relegation.
United are leading the race for his signature, but their executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward recently warned that mega-money deals are unlikely in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Red Devils see Jadon Sancho as their number one transfer target this summer and, while they remain interested in Grealish too, Sky Sports News reports that they will need to offload players before being able to buy both.
Borussia Dortmund are expected to demand at least £100m for Sancho, while Grealish is thought to have a £70m price tag on his head.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side would therefore need to raise a significant amount in player sales, with Paul Pogba, Alexis Sanchez and Jesse Lingard among those potentially set to be offloaded.
