Manchester United defender Ashley Young has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for DC United.
Young has spent the last eight seasons at Old Trafford, and the versatile wideman's longevity at the club has been rewarded with the captain's armband.
However, according to reports in the United States, DC United are ready to hand the 33-year-old an opportunity to spend the closing years of his career in the MLS.
DC United are no strangers to doing business with United, with Wayne Rooney having successfully made the switch from the North-West of England to Washington last year.
Young penned a one-year extension to his contract earlier in 2019, although manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to make changes in the full-back areas over the coming months.
