Roberto Martinez will reportedly hold talks with Leighton Baines today with regards to his Everton future.

Everton manager Roberto Martinez will reportedly hold discussions with Leighton Baines today over his future.

The England international has been tipped to reunite with former boss David Moyes at Manchester United this summer after the Premier League champions made their interest known with an alleged rejected £12m bid.

It is understood that United will make their next move following the outcome of today's meeting between Martinez and Baines, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Despite the speculation, it appears that Martinez is keen to keep hold of Baines by claiming that he is an "icon" at Goodison Park.
