Manchester United have reportedly informed Juventus that they want Alex Sandro in exchange for Paul Pogba.
Pogba left Juventus to re-join Manchester United in the summer of 2016, and the midfielder has scored five times and registered four assists in 20 appearances for the Red Devils this term.
The 25-year-old's long-term future at Old Trafford is far from secure, however, with both Barcelona and Juventus strongly linked with moves during the summer transfer window.
Pogba won four Serie A titles with Juventus between 2012 and 2016, having moved to the Old Lady after becoming frustrated with a lack of opportunities at United, and he recently said that Turin was 'his home'.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, United would be prepared to sell Pogba to Juventus, but the 20-time English champions want full-back Sandro in exchange.
The report claims that scouts from United watched Sandro in action for Juventus against Young Boys earlier this week.
The 27-year-old will see his current contract with the Italian giants expire at the end of next season.
