Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not ruling out a move Stateside to see out his career, admitting that he particularly enjoys the way of life in Los Angeles.

Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has offered a further hint that he will quit the Premier League at the end of the season to join a Major League Soccer club.

The 36-year-old has yet to find his feet in his second campaign at Old Trafford, being used just seven times due to a couple of injury setbacks.

United boss Jose Mourinho hinted earlier this week that Ibrahimovic will likely move on in the summer when his contract expires, and the ex-Sweden international is open to making the switch Stateside to see out his illustrious career.

"I did not know that several Swedes went to MLS. That means it's tempting to play in the United States," Ibrahimovic, most strongly linked with a move to Los Angeles FC, told reporters at an event in his homeland.

"Los Angeles is a nice city and I've been there a lot on vacation. It is laid-back. I think it's rumours all the time [about my future]. When I play and when I do not play it is rumours. That's good - that means I live."

Ibrahimovic also suggested this week that he could return to the international fold with Sweden in time for the World Cup finals.
