Greek goalkeeper Dimitrios Konstantopoulos has signed a short-term contract with Middlesbrough.
The 34-year-old has penned a deal to remain at the Riverside Stadium until January after he ended a two-year spell with AEK Athens.
The one-cap Greece international has previously spent time in England, playing for Hartlepool United for four years between 2003 and 2007.
He also spent a three-year spell with Coventry City, before leaving for Greek outfit Kerkyra in 2010.
