The Scottish Premier League is looking for a new sponsor following the Clydesdale Bank's decision to end their agreement in 2013.

The Scottish Premier League has begun the search to find a new sponsor after Clydesdale Bank announced that they will be ending their partnership in 2013.

SPL chief executive Neil Doncaster believes that the league is an attractive proposition for any potential new sponsors.

"I would like to thank the Clydesdale Bank for their support and commitment to Scottish football and look forward to working alongside the Clydesdale Bank to ensure the final 18 months of the partnership continue that great success," said Doncaster.

"The Scottish Premier League has consistently demonstrated that it provides terrific value to its sponsors.

"I am sure that success will be important in the work we now undertake."

The Clydesdale Bank has been the title sponsor of Scottish football's top flight since 2007.
