Norwich City boss Alex Neil has picked up the Championship Manager of the Month award for September.
The 35-year-old guided the Canaries to four wins out of five, which has pushed the club into second in the league table, two points behind leaders Huddersfield Town.
During that run, the club scored at least two goals in every game as they faced Cardiff City, Wigan Athletic, Nottingham Forest, Burton Albion and Newcastle United.
"It's recognition of how well the team's done over the last month, which is nice for everybody involved," said Neil.
"The scorelines the games in the month have been quite tight, but the gulf between ourselves and the opposition is probably more than the scorelines suggest.
"We're now up to second, but disappointingly we didn't pick up the points we thought we deserved at Newcastle. We've got a lot to be happy about, however a lot still to work on."
In 11 league games this season, Norwich have won seven, drawn two and lost two.
