Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert hailed the performance of Gabriel Agbonlahor after the striker scored both goals in their 2-1 win over Norwich City this afternoon.
The win was Villa's second in less than a week after they hammered Sunderland 6-1 at Villa Park on Monday, and the former Canaries boss reserved praise for Agbonlahor, who netted an 89th-minute winner for his side at Carrow Road.
"Gabby has been playing ever so well. He's an absolute threat. He has speed and power. He is playing excellently for us," Lambert told reporters after the game.
"He's got the speed to hurt teams. Today I thought his goals were fantastic. As I said, he has incredible speed. He's one of the quickest lads I have ever seen. But allied to that, he has the power.
"He's playing really, really well at this moment in time. If he can keep doing that and we keep building, it will be great."
The result moved Lambert's team up to 13th in the Premier League.
