Half-Time Report: Zlatan Ibrahimovic strikes back for Paris Saint-Germain

Zlatan Ibrahimovic cancels out Alejandro Bedoya's opener as Paris Saint-Germain and Nantes head into the break at 1-1.

Paris Saint-Germain could lose further ground at the top of Ligue 1 as they head into half time tied at 1-1 with Nantes.

The visitors wasted no time making a statement of intent, taking the lead in the eighth minute as Alejandro Bedoya fired an effort into the top corner from outside the area.

PSG dominated possession throughout the opening stages, but created nothing in front of goal, left frustrated by some tenacious defending from Nantes.

Their first attack of any note came just after the half-hour mark when Adrien Rabiot was picked out by Javier Pastore in the danger zone, allowing him to get a shot off, but it flew narrowly wide of the target.

The French champions continued to up the pressure, and drew themselves level following a swift counter-attack in the 34th minute, which concluded with Lucas threading a pass to Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the box and the veteran striker guiding an effort into the bottom corner.

Laurent Blanc's side pushed for a second before the half-time whistle, coming closest when Thiago Silva's header needed a good save from Remy Riou to stay out, but it remains all square at the interval.
