Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes has blamed his side's poor start to the season on defensive instability.
The R's are currently bottom of the Premier League table following three defeats from their opening five matches.
"Obviously we need to see games out. We have selection problems at the moment in a key area of the field in defence," Hughes told reporters.
"We have had too much of a turnover in terms of selection and personnel changes so that doesn't lend well to having that continuity of performance."
QPR have the opportunity to record their first win of the campaign on Monday night when they host London rivals West Ham United at Loftus Road.
