Chris Ramsey is confident that he will be named Queens Park Rangers head coach on a permanent basis for next season.
The relegated Hoops signed off a disappointing Premier League campaign in front of their own fans as they beat Newcastle United 2-1 at Loftus Road on Saturday.
When asked about his chances of leading QPR in the Championship next term, Ramsey told FourFour Two: "I think I've got a good chance of getting the job.
"Things change, hopefully I'll get the job and I'll spend the summer planning for next season. I'm looking for that postman [with the contract] every morning."
QPR, who finish their season with a trip to Leicester City, remain bottom of the table despite their win.
