Queens Park Rangers manager Chris Ramsey has admitted that he doesn't understand why there are rumours that Sam Allardyce could lose his job at West Ham United.
The 60-year-old is due to hold talks with the Hammers hierarchy at the end of the season, with widespread reports suggesting that the coach could leave Upton Park.
Despite the speculation, Ramsey does not believe that the unanswered questions will affect Saturday's game between QPR and West Ham at Loftus Road.
"I haven't paid much attention to the speculation around Sam's job," Ramsey told reporters in this morning's press conference. "Whether it's true or false, I don't know. I don't see why there would be speculation about his job, he's done a very good job at Upton Park. Sam will prepare his team as he always does. The speculation about his future will have no impact on the game."
QPR are two points away from safety with five Premier League games left to play.
