Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has admitted that Real Madrid have outperformed his team so far this season.
Los Blancos currently sit at the top of the La Liga table, three points ahead of reigning champions Barca.
Despite trailing Jose Mourinho's side, Guardiola believes that it is far too early for anything to have been decided.
"If Madrid are three points clear of us, it is because they have done a great job so far," Marca quotes Guardiola as saying.
"I can only admit that they have done better than us in the league. We will see towards the end of the season whether these points are decisive."
Barca won the league last season, finishing four points ahead of rivals Madrid.
