Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas has admitted that he was disappointed to lose on his debut for Los Blancos against Fiorentina.
Madrid went down 2-1 to the Italian outfit yesterday evening in a match that saw summer signing Navas make his first appearance for the Champions League winners since joining from Levante.
"Now we have to focus on the next game, there is an important trophy to be won and we will be battling with everything we've got to win it," he told reporters.
"It was a shame that we couldn't win tonight but I felt comfortable out there – the overall sensations were very positive.
"Getting that first contact with my team mates was important. We've got to keep working and improving every day."
Madrid face Atletico Madrid in the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup on Tuesday.
