Germany midfielder Christoph Kramer says that it is an "enormous honour" to be linked with Real Madrid and insists that he would not be afraid to move abroad.

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Christoph Kramer has said that it is an "enormous honour" to be linked with Real Madrid.

Kramer is currently contracted to Bayer Leverkusen, but has been on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach since the start of last season.

He told Hamburger Abendblatt: "I wish I had cut out and hung that article on my wall. To be linked with Real Madrid is an enormous honour for me.

"That [moving abroad] has always interested me. I would not be afraid.

"I want to find out what my limit is and I always strive for the very best."

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with the 23-year-old World Cup winner.
