Fabio Capello is definitely interested in the Russian national team job, according to his agent Shumi Babev.
Babev told Sport Express that Capello is open to offers and would be a great fit for the Russia job.
"If the country's leadership and the RFU bosses decide to speak to him, he'll be glad to come to Russia," Babev claimed.
"Capello is the best option for the head coach position. He's very disciplined, he can sometimes be strict, and more importantly, has his own views on football."
Capello has been without a job since resigning as England manager over the Football Association's handling of the John Terry captaincy issue in February.
The experienced Italian has won trophies across the continet, most notably with AC Milan and Real Madrid.
